Associated furniture (Handles & Hinges) & glass carry a 5 -year manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. How do I place an order?

Placing an order with DIYUPVC is very easy. There are two primary ways to place an order with DIYUPVC.

The first is by calling 0117 986 4411, remember to have your measurements and requirements to hand.
The second is by ordering through our secure site. All you need to do is build an accurately priced quote using easy-to-use online pricing system. Once you have built a quote, you can save the quote to process at a later date, submit your quote to be checked over by our Customer Services team, or go straight to the basket and place your order.

To save a quote you only need to input your Name and Email address.

Should you wish to submit your quote for checking, you will have to provide your full contact details. This will also then allow you to place your order online, where payments can also be processed. (Don’t forget to print a hard copy of your order)

Once you have completed your order, you’ll receive an email to confirm the details of your transaction.

Items can not be cancelled once they have been put into our system for manufacture (However, we may be able to make changes if they havent progressed too far)

When will I receive my order?

All our Windows and Doors are made to measure.

Delivery is normally within 10 – 15 working days from receipt of order/agreed payment you will receive the following confirmations by Email:

Confirmation 1 – That your order has been received and placed in hand..
Confirmation 2 – Confirmation that your goods have been manufactured and are ready for dispatch / collection.
Confirmation 3 – Confirmation of the date your goods will be leaving our depot, and the date they will be delivered to your door.

Is there a delivery charge?

DIYUPVC can deliver your New windows and Doors for Self Installation under local Council Building Control Regulations.

Delivery costs can be calculated when pricing supply only windows.

UK mainland only.

(Congestion and ULE charges are extra)

Congestion / Low Emission Zone Charges
Due to Ever increasing Cost of Travel we are having to charge for any Congestion / Low emission Charges that are incured to deliver your order. These will be charged at Cost, and payment will be required seperate to order payment. Payment to be made at time of delivery.

Is there a fitting charge?

If you require fitting rather than supply only, you have the option to select professional installation in your quote and an installation charge will be added based on a fitting charge per item. All installation prices are subject to survey.

Fitting is only available within a 15-mile radius of BS31 2AJ.

However, if your quote requires the installation of many items, we may be able to offer a discount to reduce your installation costs. Please call our Customer Sales team on 0117 986 4411 for more information.

Is there a Discount Code?

A Discount Code is a code that can be added to your quote to change the price when the Update button is clicked. Discount Codes are issued in some circumstances such as:

  • Reducing or cancelling out delivery charges if you have requested a long distance delivery and we happen to be making other deliveries to your area around the same time.
  • Reducing installation charges on large volumes of items.
Can I return purchased items?

DIYUPVC operate a 7 day returns policy if:

  • Goods are received damaged
  • Goods are received faulty
  • Goods do not match the specification on the order that was placed

We regret that goods cannot be refunded just by choice as all goods are made to measure.

Items can not be cancelled once they have been put into our system for manufacture (However, we may be able to make changes if they havent progressed too far)

How do I return faulty goods?
In the unlikely event goods are received damaged, faulty or incorrectly manufactured, please keep all original packaging and labels intact, then call our Customer Services number: 0117 986 4411 

Collection will be arranged and the goods will be either replaced or refunded.

Is it safe to order online?

Our customers enjoy complete protection. All online credit card payments are securely encrypted in transit using a secure payment gateway and we DO NOT retain your credit card details on our server.
